Terms of Use

What Tolded is

Tolded is a community forecasting and opinion platform. Users make non-cash predictions about financial markets and other topics and may earn or lose Forecast Points based on the platform's published scoring rules.

No wagering or cash value

No money is staked on predictions. Tolded does not offer betting, gambling, cash prizes, tradable prediction contracts or withdrawals. Forecast Points are virtual reputation points only and have no cash, redemption or transfer value.

Not financial advice

Predictions, rankings, crowd probabilities, charts and other content on Tolded are community opinions and informational signals, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do not make decisions solely because a market, user or crowd consensus says YES or NO.

Final predictions

Where a market is designated final, your prediction cannot be changed, deleted, sold, averaged or exited after confirmation. Entry odds are locked according to the scoring system shown on the platform.

Market resolution

Tolded may use market data, public records or other designated sources to resolve questions. Resolution rules shown for a market form part of these Terms. Tolded may void a market where data is unavailable, ambiguous, erroneous or materially affected by a technical issue.

User conduct

You must not manipulate voting, create abusive duplicate accounts, automate fraudulent activity, submit unlawful material, impersonate others, attack the service or interfere with fair rankings. Tolded may restrict, suspend or remove accounts that abuse the platform.

User-submitted questions

Submitting a question does not guarantee publication. Tolded may edit, reject, categorise, resolve or remove submitted questions at its discretion for clarity, safety, legality, quality or product reasons.

Risk and liability

You remain solely responsible for any trading, investment, business or personal decisions you make outside Tolded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tolded is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on predictions, rankings, market data, user content or platform availability.
