What we collect

When you use Tolded, we may collect account information such as your email address, username and authentication provider, together with the predictions you submit, locked entry odds, points, market activity and account settings.

We also collect product analytics needed to operate and improve the platform, including page views, sessions, active time, device type, approximate technical information, referrers, acquisition parameters and interaction events.

How we use it

We use this information to operate accounts, calculate prediction results and rankings, prevent abuse, understand product usage, improve Tolded, provide support and maintain security. We may also use aggregated or de-identified statistics for business analysis.

Public activity

Your username, prediction activity, ranking, points and other reputation information may be shown publicly where the product requires it. Your email address is not intended to be displayed publicly.

Service providers

Tolded uses third-party infrastructure and service providers, including hosting, authentication, databases and analytics infrastructure. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Tolded.

Cookies and local storage

We may use cookies or browser storage to keep you signed in, maintain sessions, remember settings, prevent duplicate activity and measure product usage.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Tolded, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and preserve accurate prediction histories. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
